As per manufacturer card — usually 1–2 years comprehensive.
How to Claim
- Keep your invoice and order number from GRSAV
- Note product serial number and date of purchase
- Describe the issue with photos/video if possible
- Submit the form below or email support@grsav.com
- We coordinate with brand service centre for repair/replacement
Not Covered
- Physical damage, burn marks, or water ingress
- Installation not as per manufacturer guidelines
- Voltage fluctuation / electrical surge damage
- Unauthorized repair or tampered seal
